Lucien Albrecht Cremant d'Alsace Brut Rose - Alsace, France 100% Pinot Noir “An elegant rosé crémant, featuring fresh cherry, strawberry and green plum notes. This is lively and balanced, with a lingering juicy finish. Drink now." 87 Points Wine Spectator

Pierre Boniface - Les Rocailles Brut de Savoie NV – Les Rocailles, France Produced at Les Rocailles, a true earthly paradise nestled in the French Alps. This dry sparkler offers delicate green apple and floral aromas, with a touch of yeasty character. Enjoy as an aperitif or paired with canapés, cheeses, chicken, seafood or dessert!

Vollereaux Brut – Champagne, France It is the result of the assembly of three champagne grape varieties which complement each other perfectly and form a balanced wine. Aromas of freshly baked bread with a lingering finish. Delicate, supple and dry.

Baron de Breban Rose – Provence France 100% Gamay Beautiful sweet pink color, very pale; pleasant nose of small red fruits; in mouse, good lengh ornamented with a delicious freshness; a fine balanced wine.

Marquis de la Tour Brut - Loire, France From the Loire using Chenin Blanc, Ugni Blanc and Chardonnay. Nice floral notes (white roses) and pretty melon (honeydew) and classic Loire minerality and salinity.

Gloria Ferrer Va De Vi – Sonoma County California Soft and creamy with fresh, appealing kiwifruit, tropical fruit and yeasty spice flavors” Wine Spectator

Gloria Ferrer Blanc de Blanc – Carneros, California A lovely Blanc de Blancs, bright and satisfying in lime, vanilla and toast flavors, with yeasty complexity of a sparkling wine. Gains extra points for smooth quality of the bubbles. 90 points Wine Enthusiast

Nino Franco Veneto Prosecco "Rustico" Brut - Italy The Prosecco grape of Valdobiandene has great appeal for its classic notes of white peaches, floral aromas and soft spicy finish. This one is dry and refreshingly crisp. Robert Parker calls this "…just about as good as Prosecco gets at the non vintage level." Try with soft creamy cheeses.

Schramsberg Mirabelle Sparkling Wine Brut – Napa Valley California  Mirabelle is Schramberg’s blend of multiple vintages of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Shows apple fruit of Chardonnay and a hint of raspberry from Pinot Noir. It is creamy yet has a crisp finish with notes of vanilla and bread

Parxet Cuvee 21 Brut Cava - Spain Lemony on the nose, the palate is genuine and firm, with nectarine and citrus flavors holding court. Clean and lightweight on the finish with overall elegance.

Dr. Loosen Sparkling Riesling - Germany Clean, crisp and fruity – with bubbles. A very approachable and satisfying sparkling wine.

Vida Organica Sparkling Chardonnay 2008 - Argentina Golden yellow colors with green hues. Delicate and persistent bubbles. Aromas of apple, pear, banana and pineapple with delicate yeast scents on the back. Fresh flavors, with ample body and a good balance between sugar and acidity.
